Success vs Failure

I’m writing an article about creating trust through vulnerability and learning from failure in environments with psychological safety. I’ve seen an interesting pattern in a couple of interviews I’ve done and want to collect a little more data to see if the pattern I’m seeing is a coincidence or something worth digging a little deeper into.
